MEET DAVID
The youngest of eight brothers, overlooked by everyone but God. 'Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.'
THE STORY
David felled the giant Goliath with a sling and total trust in God. He wrote psalms that God's people still pray. He sinned greatly — and repented greatly (Psalm 51). God promised David a Son whose kingdom would never end: Jesus, the Son of David.
